While we always try to ensure that our products reach their destination in perfect order, sometimes accidents do happen. If there is any damage to the product during delivery, please let us know immediately, photograph the item if possible and return it with the original packaging within 10 days of receipt.  We will be happy to send you a replacement or a full refund.
